WebsiteHub processes the data users send through forms, the necessary technical data and consent preferences. They are used to reply to requests and for the operation and security of the site; optional technologies are used only with the corresponding consent.

What the data is used for.

To reply to a request and perform actions the user asked for; for security and diagnostics. Analytics, marketing and external online support can be enabled only after the corresponding consent.

Forms and requests.

WebsiteHub receives contact data only when the user submits a form or writes through the listed channel. Request data is kept in protected server storage and used to handle the request.

Cookie

Necessary cookies and local settings keep the site working. Analytics, marketing and online support must not load by default before the user agrees.

Who may receive the data.

Access is limited to those who need it to run the site or handle the request: server/hosting, request notifications and optional external services only with the corresponding consent. Data may be disclosed to a competent authority if the law expressly requires it.

How long the data is kept.

Website requests and consent preferences are kept no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing and applicable requirements. In the current technical implementation, requests and preferences are limited to up to 12 months unless there is another legal need.

User rights.

Where provided by law, the user may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent, and may file a complaint with the CNPDCP or a court. Reasonable identity verification may be required to protect the data.

Data protection.

We use limited access, protected storage, IP hashing in requests, updates and backups. In case of an incident, the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova apply, including the rules on notifying security incidents.

Policy updates.

The policy is updated when the actual operation of the site, connected services or the applicable legal framework change. The current version is published on this page.
