Challenge

Give store customers a fast mobile-first interface without creating a separate independent catalog: the app should use the same products, pricing and data as the core commerce system.

What was built

A mobile shell was built with catalog, search, product page, cart, customer account and user states. The architecture is designed around API-fed data and PWA installation so the store manages content from one source.

Outcome

The mobile channel does not require a separately managed catalog: customers get a compact app experience while the business keeps one commerce logic and one source of data.
